Achieving an objetive or goal seems complicated no matter what the goal objetive is, Most of human beings do things through motivation.
And although at the beginning it is good to have motivation, motivation will not be enough to achieve our goals throughout our live there is a little trick that allows you to stay focused on your priorities no matter how tired or unmotivated you are, it will help you stay focused if you really commit to doing it.
