Dopamine Fast

 Achieving an objetive or goal seems complicated no matter what the goal objetive is, Most of human beings do things through motivation.

And although at the beginning it is good to have motivation, motivation will not be enough to achieve our goals throughout our live there is a little trick that allows you to stay focused on your priorities no matter how tired or unmotivated you are, it will help you stay focused if you really commit to doing it.

You are probably wondering "What is the trick you are talking about?" The trick I am referring to is DOPAMINE FAST.

What is the dopamine fast? 

In simple terms it consist of cutting off the source of dopamine for example watching TV, playing videogames, listening music, etc. At first it can be quite complicate (And it is) but after a few minutes of abstaining from technology you will wanting to work in your goals or pending task. 
It seems something completely fantastic to know that there is a trick become more productivity.

But the most important question is how to do a dopamine fast? 

My recommendation is to start slowly you can turn off your cell phone for 2 or 3 hours and start experiencing how you feel. Over the time you will begin to remove distractors little by little personally I carry it out in my personal life. This allows me to work more effectively in the different areas of my life such as school, work and business.
