Wake up early is so hard espeacially when we are sleeping and we heard the alarm ringing. Wake up early has multiple benefits for you and your body. You can get ahead of tasks or even give yourself time. You could meditate, read a good book, write down your thoughts, walk a bit to see the sunrise or just enjoy your own silence. However getting up early is difficult especially if you are not used to doing it.

1.- Silence Your Phone
The cell phone is one of the biggest distractors that exist, so elimating any query to your cell phone will be of great help since the blue light it emits makes it more diffucult to sleep.
2.- Set An Earlier Bedtime
Set a bedtime to go to bed is crucial since you will know when it is to get ready to go to sleep and start to get away from everything that will prevent you from having a relaxing night.
3.- Meditate
Meditating before going to sleep has many benefits, one of which is that it prepares your body to go to rest since you begin a state of relaxing that when you finish meditating you want to go to sleep as soon as possible.
